Announcement: Klutch Cargo, LLC is now Klutch Pharma

We are excited to announce that as of 01/19/2026, Klutch Cargo, LLC is adopting a new brand
identity: Klutch Pharma.

While our name is changing, our commitment to you remains the same.

​​

Here is everything you need to know about the transition.

​​

1. Did you get acquired?

No. We have not been sold or acquired. We are the exact same company, with the
same ownership and the same team. Legally, we have simply updated our status to
operate under an "Assumed Name"

Legal Entity: Remains Klutch Cargo, LLC.
Doing Business As: Klutch Pharma.

2. Do I need to sign a new contract?

No. Existing contracts are valid. Since our legal entity has not changed, all existing Non-
Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and vendor
contracts remain in full effect. You may see our name appear in future documents as
"Klutch Cargo, LLC d/b/a Klutch Pharma"

3. How do I pay my invoice? (Billing Information)

Our Tax ID (FEIN) and banking information have not changed.
Credit Card Charges: You may see the descriptor "Klutch Cargo, LLC d/b/a Klutch Pharma" on your bank statement.
Checks/ACH: You can continue to make payments to Klutch Cargo, LLC though we will
begin updating our invoices to reflect the new brand.

4. Will my login or service change?

No. You can continue to access our portal using your existing username and password.
If you visit our old website (klutchcargo.com), you will be automatically redirected to our
new home at klutchpharmarx.com.

5. Safety & Security:

With any public name change, there is a risk of bad actors sending "fake"
announcements to try to steal credentials.
Our new email communication will now come from @klutchpharmarx.com. Emails sent
to our old addresses @klutchcargo.com will still reach us for the foreseeable future.
If you receive an email asking for urgent payment or password resets that seems
suspicious, please verify the sender's address and/or call us directly at 800-896-7136.
